The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack capabilities and a focus on building robust, scalable systems to support machine learning initiatives across a fast-paced technology organization. This role will involve developing intuitive front-end interfaces and efficient backend services that enable access to ML and large language model (LLM) capabilities across business functions.

Working closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams, you’ll help shape the tools and infrastructure that power intelligent systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications that support machine learning workflows
• Build backend APIs and services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Develop intuitive and efficient front-end interfaces using React, Alpine.js, and TailwindCSS
• Collaborate with ML teams to understand use cases and operational requirements
• Create scalable infrastructure for LLM-enablement and data processing

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of front-end development using JavaScript frameworks and TailwindCSS
• Proven experience delivering scalable tools for ML/AI initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile environments with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience working with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Understanding of Docker and containerized development environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Prior exposure to media tech or audio intelligence platforms is a plus
