About the role

We’re looking for a Junior IT Admin with 3–4 years of experience to support our internal users and systems. The role includes L1 support, user setup, and basic cabling work. You should be familiar with Jira Service Management for handling support tickets. Night shift availability is required as part of the support rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to users (email, laptop, accounts, printers, VPN)

• Create and manage user accounts and access

• Handle Jira Service Management tickets and resolve issues on time

• Help with hardware setup and cabling when needed

• Escalate advanced issues to the senior team

• Support during night shifts or weekends as needed

Job Requirements

• 3–4 years of IT support experience

• Familiar with Jira Service Management

• Good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking

• Fintech experience is a plus

• Willing to help with physical setup and cabling

• Available for night shifts if needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
