Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role is essential in developing HR strategies and cultivating a healthy, performance-driven work culture.
The ideal candidate will manage the employee lifecycle, support recruitment efforts, enhance employee engagement, enforce HR policies, and promote a disciplined yet positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with department heads.
- Drive employee engagement and motivation initiatives.
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor law.
- Handle employee grievances, warnings, and disciplinary matters with consistency.
- Conduct performance reviews and support performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Partner with leadership to build a values-driven organizational culture.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with HRMS software is a plus.
