Institutional Sales (HFT)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for Futures institutional clients, focusing on quantitative and high-frequency trading firms.
• Strengthen customer relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of their specific trading needs.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients, particularly in low-latency trading and advanced order types.
• Guide clients on product offerings, VIP structure, and platform updates, focusing on algorithmic and high-frequency trading.
• Support VIP upgrades and product configurations, including API access and co-location services.
• Analyze user behavior and hidden needs, producing reports for key clients and collaborating with the technical team on client-specific issues.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in crypto product management or sales, focusing on quantitative trading firms and HFT clients within financial institutions.
• Extensive product knowledge in exchanges, brokers, or trading firms, particularly in market microstructure, order matching engines, and trading systems.
• Strong client management and communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts and maintaining relationships with traders and technical teams.
• Proficient in discussing API integration, WebSocket connections, FIX protocol, and familiar with HFT performance metrics like latency, fill rates, and order-to-trade ratios.
• Passionate about crypto, with industry experience in derivatives and spot markets, staying updated on blockchain, DeFi, CeFi, and crypto market structures.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
