Job Title :: HR Coordinator
Work Location :: Calgary, AB
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of HR Coordinator experience
3. Ability to work independently
4. Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
5. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
6. Ability to handle confidential matters and information
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
8. Knowledge of Workday HR system an asset
9. Highly organized and able to prioritize with attention to detail
10. Excellent business acumen
11. A strong client focus with attention to detail and analytical skills Desired Skills:
12. Financial Services or Technology Industry experience
13. Advanced Excel skills (V-look ups, pivot tables, etc.)
14. HR Systems: Experience using Workday
