Data Analyst (Entry Level) (Remote)

Job Summary:

CTG, a Cegeka company, is at the forefront of digital transformation, providing IT and business solutions. They are seeking a Data Analyst to perform in-depth data analysis, manage large datasets, and create Tableau dashboards to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making

• Use Excel to manage and manipulate large datasets for reporting and analysis purposes

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to present findings in a clear, actionable format

• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely, accurate reports

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives through analytical support

• Handle routine and ad-hoc data requests with a detail-oriented and proactive approach

Qualifications:

Required:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation

• Strong experience in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable taking on both complex and routine tasks with a hands-on, team-player mentality

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

• Track record of successfully working with large datasets and producing actionable insights

• Experience communicating data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
