About Complama

Complama is an early-stage startup turning complex cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI governance requirements into plain-language workflows that help other startups build secure, trustworthy products and businesses. We’re a small, collaborative team that values curiosity, candor, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Design experiences that earn trust – Translate product requirements and user insights into thoughtful, intuitive UX flows and clean, modern UI designs.

Shape user-facing features – Contribute to both net-new feature design and improvements to existing experiences, including onboarding flows, dashboards, and task-based workflows.

Craft flexible systems – Help expand our component library and visual patterns to support consistent, scalable design.

Prototype & validate – Create low- and mid-fidelity prototypes in Figma, test ideas with real users, and incorporate feedback quickly.

Work closely with product & engineering – Collaborate in sprint planning, participate in design reviews, and partner with developers to bring designs to life.

Own your output – Produce portfolio-ready deliverables such as annotated mockups, user flows, and feedback-informed iterations.
