We're seeking a hands-on Agile Coach to support multiple Agile teams within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Skills:

• 5–8+ years Agile coaching (beyond Scrum Master role)
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe)
• Strong coaching presence and ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Skilled in backlog refinement, OKRs, KPIs, and Agile metrics
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Lucidspark

🎯 Certifications like CSP-SM, PSM II/III, ICP-ACC preferred.

📌 Industry experience in regulated environments is a plus.
