We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in various ServiceNow capabilities and demonstrate leadership in driving complex projects, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITAM (SAM), ITOM CMDB - Health, ITOM CMDB - Visibility, and Digital Product Management
  • Ensure alignment of implemented solutions with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain flow designer processes to enhance platform automation
  • Define rules for managing configuration items (CIs) to support ITIL processes and asset creation compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to discoverable and non-discoverable CI attributes
  • Guide the team in creating basic and advanced business rules on the ServiceNow platform
  • Oversee the administration of configuration item relationships, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Provide expertise in the utilization of ServiceNow's CMDB, including related vs. referenced CIs
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions meeting organizational needs
  • Drive best practices and adherence to governance when managing ServiceNow integrations
  • Offer mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and administrators

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow development, including CSA certification
  • Knowledge of ITOM CMDB (Health, Visibility) and ITAM (SAM) technologies
  • Proficiency in flow designer, CSDM, and APM frameworks
  • Skills in creating and managing business rules, with a background in aligning CIs and ITIL processes
  • Understanding of the differentiation between discoverable and non-discoverable CI attributes, supported by configuration rules expertise
  • Competency in defining the rules for asset creation through configuration items within the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise in describing and navigating the relationships between related and referenced CIs
  • Showcase of practical use cases for configuration items in IT operations

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Digital Portfolio Management (DPM), including portfolio taxonomy creation and management
  • Exposure to Service Builder for managing offerings and portfolios
  • Knowledge of Agent Client Collector and MID server web socket endpoint management
