Senior Manual Tester

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manual Tester to join our team and play an essential role in maintaining the quality of our software systems.

This position requires a professional with deep expertise in functional testing who can work independently and oversee the entire testing process. You will work closely with business analysts to understand testing requirements and ensure that acceptance criteria are well-defined and actionable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to confirm that acceptance criteria are well-prepared for testing
• Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for manual testing efforts
• Conduct functional, GUI, and regression testing to validate the performance of front-end and back-end systems
• Document and track defects while collaborating with developers to ensure efficient resolution
• Verify that new features and fixes align with both technical specifications and business needs
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and communicate risks or challenges when necessary
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on testing objectives and priorities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
• Proven experience in performing GUI testing
• Expertise in executing regression testing to validate system reliability
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
• Knowledge of back-end systems built with .NET technologies
• Experience in working with Azure PaaS solutions
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

• Experience in designing and managing comprehensive test cases for complex systems
• Understanding of API testing and web service testing methodologies
