Senior UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team and lead the creation of high-impact, scalable, and accessible interface designs for data-driven and transactional platforms in e-commerce or finance.

This role will focus on precision in UI design, ensuring consistency across complex systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and document modular UI components aligned with established design systems
  • Ensure flawless developer handoff through detailed specifications, token usage, and state definitions
  • Partner with engineering teams for effective implementation, design QA, and unified system alignment
  • Apply UX/UI expertise to dashboards, forms, transactions, and workflow structures
  • Use AI tools to streamline prototyping and generate UI variants efficiently
  • Maintain consistency and accessibility standards (WCAG) across responsive designs
  • Enhance existing design systems through audits and iterative refinements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI designer, with a focus on system-heavy platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma, including tokens, version control, and component architecture
  • Competency with tools like Storybook, Zeroheight, or Tailwind UI for developer collaboration
  • Background in designing for platforms in e-commerce, financial services, or transactional services
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
  • Showcase of previous work demonstrating scalable UI design for data-heavy products
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for accelerated prototyping
  • Background in improving or migrating design systems
