Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in HR. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires from the moment they accept an offer until they are fully integrated into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners
• Schedule Day 1 induction and ensure a welcoming experience
• Assist in the preparation of onboarding documents, joining kits, and welcome emails
• Collect and verify new hire documents and maintain accurate employee records
• Liaise with internal teams (IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure readiness before joining
• Support background verification (BGV) process and compliance tracking
• Gather feedback from new employees and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
