About the Role

Job Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon & Mumbai, Pune

Experience required: 4 to 12 years

Notice Period: 90 days Max, Early joiner preferred

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Japanese Language – JLPT N2 or above preferred
• Hands-on experience in Routing & Switching – Cisco routers, switches / Any networking background
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and NAT
• Incident & Service Request handling in enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• CCNA/CCNP Certification or progress toward it
• Experience working in bilingual (Japanese English) client environments
• Understanding of basic cloud networking (AWS/GCP/Azure)
