Junior Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Junior Data Scientist to join our analytics team. You will assist in analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Support the development and validation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Visualize data using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Assist in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Document code, processes, and findings clearly and accurately.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and basic machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with SQL and working with databases.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and relevant project experience are encouraged to apply.
