Job Title: Project Manager – Legal Matter Management System

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Project Manager to lead the global implementation of a matter management system (ServiceNow) across the legal department at a leading global healthcare company. This high-impact role will support the rollout to approximately 900 lawyers across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of a new matter management platform (ServiceNow) within the in-house legal function.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple regions.
• Collaborate closely with legal, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with broader legal operations goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing legal technology or enterprise software projects, ideally within in-house legal teams.
• Strong technical understanding of legal systems such as ServiceNow, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), or matter management platforms.
• Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented, with the ability to translate legal requirements into system functionality.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating complex, global environments.
• Previous experience in legal operations or managing technology implementations for legal teams is highly desirable.
