A leading & pioneering IT Service Provider who provide intricate solutions across Cloud, Connectivity, Communications & Cyber Security are looking for a 2nd Line Network Engineer to join them!

As a 2nd Line Network Engineer working a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off), you'll be at the heart of maintaining and supporting complex customer networks, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer networking issues across a wide technical landscape
• Managing incidents and service requests through to completion
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and diagrams
• Supporting project delivery teams with the deployment of new solutions
• Communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems

You should bring:

• Working knowledge of switching and routing technologies (CCNA or JNCIS level)
• Familiarity with protocols such as BGP, OSPF, STP, EIGRP etc
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Meraki
