As we continue to expand globally, we're seeking a HR Assistant to join our dynamic and passionate Human Resources team at our Sydney Head Office, in Rosebery.

About the Role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to launch your HR career in the fashion industry. Supporting our seasonal retail recruitment drive and wider HR team, you'll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and generalist administration.

Perfect for recent graduates or university students seeking part-time work, this 6-month contract offers exposure to one of Australia’s leading luxury brands with real potential to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for our seasonal retail teams.
• Be the first point of contact for retail candidates – delivering a seamless and professional experience.
• Liaise with Payroll to ensure all employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare employment contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, training initiatives and content creation for leadership presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisation and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• A proactive mindset and passion for people and process.
• Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with experienced team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems is a plus, but not essential.
