• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team communication and collaboration.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining productivity.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Guide team members in Agile practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Monitor Progress: Track project timelines, manage risks, and ensure that the team meets its goals and deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives and progress
