About Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building modern, scalable, and performant front-end applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, managing state across complex applications, and integrating with backend APIs. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Implement UI components with attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Integrate RESTful APIs and handle client-side data management using tools like Redux, React Query, or Context API.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and component-based architecture.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent coding standards.
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reduce regressions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to front-end architectural decisions and tooling improvements.

What You'll Need For Success

5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Query.
Strong knowledge of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.
Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js is a plus.
