Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with deep experience in crypto trading to lead the development and evolution of our trading products. This role is critical to shaping the future of our core trading functionality, bringing user insights, data, and cross-functional collaboration into each phase of product execution. You'll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with talented engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and drive the product strategy for crypto trading features in line with business goals.
• Prioritize new opportunities based on market dynamics, user needs, and product impact.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap of the trading platform across both retail and institutional segments.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate outcomes.
  
  

Execution & Iteration

• Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, and drive sprint planning and delivery in Agile workflows.
• Use data (A/B testing, analytics, user feedback) to evaluate features, optimize UX, and guide iterations.
  
  

UX & Performance Optimization

• Improve user experience by partnering with UX/UI teams on intuitive interfaces and workflows.
• Focus on performance, reliability, and usability of the trading tools and infrastructure.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in crypto trading or fintech.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanics, and exchange APIs.
• Proven track record of using product analytics (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Power BI) to guide decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (B2+).
