Turn batteries, PV, EV chargers, and other energy assets into an intelligent, revenue-generating portfolio. You will combine real-time data, ML algorithms, and market insight so customers earn more on flexibility markets while paying less for every kWh.

What you´ll be doing:

• Own the vision and roadmap. Set a clear north star for asset scheduling, backed by market trends, user research, and regulation watch.
• Ship from zero to scale. From concept to scalable solution, iterating based on user feedback and performance data.
• Embed intelligence everywhere. Partner with data scientists to embed AI/ML algorithms for forecasting, dispatch, and optimization.
• Prove real-world value. Run pilots, gather insights, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Lead the Flex mission team. Align tech, UX, analytics, and operations around outcomes, not outputs.
• Grow the ecosystem. Plug into start-ups, universities, and EU funding to stay two steps ahead and de-risk scale-up.

You are likely to succeed at Enefit if you have:

• Product chops - you’ve built roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and shipped MVPs in agile teams.
• Energy IQ - You get how PV, batteries, EVs, and flexibility markets work together.
• You’re AI/ML savvy and - you can turn complex algorithms into product features customers love.
• Scale mindset - documenting, automation, and repeatability are second nature.
• You have go-to-market drive and can launch, price, and iterate like a pro.
• Masters in a relevant field and three years in product.
• Energy, AI/ML, or IoT experience is a strong plus.
