As the UX/UI team, we:

• Research our customers, market and tech trends
• Work on digital and physical design solutions (Car concepts, features, new interactions and HMI Systems) that innovate and inspire other design teams and engineering teams
• Co-create cross-functionally with internal design teams to create holistic automotive experiences
• Design and prototype rapidly in a multi-disciplinary team

As a Senior Automotive UX/UI Designer you will:

• Work closely with the team manager and the wider European design team to create captivating and unique experiences for our range of new brands and mobility
• Present design solutions in interesting and immersive visual ways to engage and influence stakeholders
• Collaborate with and mentor a growing dynamic team

Who are we looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in user-driven or design thinking methodologies. We value experiences developed in many ways, not just through specific degree programs or conferred by credentials
• Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive & industrial design, architecture, the arts etc
• An effective and convincing communicator in English with well-developed writing, editing, and visual presentation skills (knowledge of Chinese or Italian are a plus)
• The ability to adapt quickly to change and being comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic organization
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
• Openness to a diversity of cultures and backgrounds
• Experience with User Research, Chinese Market, Global Automotive Market or Luxury/Premium brands are a plus
