Our client serves as the global digital center of excellence for a top-tier player in the maritime transport and logistics sector. Their goal is to architect, build, and oversee innovative technology solutions that support operations in over 150 countries.

Agile Coach – Global Tech & Delivery Organization

As part of a dynamic Agile Enablement function, you will contribute your extensive experience as an Agile Coach, underpinned by a strong technical and software development background. Collaborating with other agile practitioners—such as coaches, product owners, and scrum masters—you will support cross-regional teams based in Switzerland, India, the USA, and Italy, with the goal of facilitating, scaling, and promoting effective agile practices that drive early delivery of working software and real business value.

Together with fellow members of the agile community, you will be responsible for fostering agile maturity and adoption across the broader technology organization.

Requisiti

• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Understanding of DevOps culture and practices
• Familiarity with Agile engineering techniques including TDD, BDD, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Good grasp of software design principles and patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
• Strong enthusiasm for Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to agile teams to boost performance, improve delivery cadence, and ensure high product quality.
• Guide teams in adopting DevOps principles and agile engineering methodologies by leading practices such as:
• Product backlog management: Help define and structure requirements from Epics and Features to User Stories and Tasks (including decomposition, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability).
• Forecasting & Planning: Coach teams on planning releases and sprint delivery through reliable estimation techniques.
• Engineering excellence: Promote agile testing approaches and support technical practices like requirement breakdown and quality-first development.
• DevOps transformation: Facilitate collaboration between agile teams and supporting functions, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort to enable frequent, reliable releases.
• Lead agile onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.
• Design and run workshops using interactive formats like serious games, liberating structures, and other experiential learning tools.
• Deliver tailored agile training programs based on specific team or project needs.

Salary Package

• Permanent contract CCNL Metalmeccanico
• Budget RAL 50.000 - 60.000 EUR
• Ticket Restaurant 8 EUR, when in office for at least 5 hours
• Welfare 260 € per year
