Global Endpoint Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is a global manufacturer of circuit protection, power control, and sensing technologies serving industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.

The office is in Kaunas, there's possibility to work fully remotely from Lithuania, with the option to come to the office from time to time.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Global Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a distributed endpoint engineering team across Lithuania, USA, and Asia.
• Foster strong collaboration across regions and with cross-functional IT teams (security, network, service desk, cloud.)

Endpoint Strategy & Security:

• Develop and maintain global standards for endpoint hardware, operating systems, software packaging, deployment, and security controls.
• Manage endpoint security solutions like Palo Alto Cortex and BeyondTrust.

Lifecycle Management:

• Own and manage the full endpoint lifecycle - procurement, imaging, deployment, patching, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Lead Windows 10/11 migrations, hardware refresh cycles, and Extended Security Update strategies where needed.

Operations & Automation:

• Standardize and automate device provisioning using tools like Intune, SCCM, and Ivanti.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and vulnerabilities globally.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize endpoint tools and support.

Reporting & Metrics:

• Define KPIs for endpoint stability, security, and user satisfaction.
• Support executive reporting and operational reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience managing endpoint security solutions such as Palo Alto Cortex XDR and BeyondTrust.
• Experience supporting global, hybrid workforces across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Lithuanian) a plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

• ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Experience with Mac endpoint management (e.g., Jamf).
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distributed industrial environment.

Salary is up to €6,650 gross, plus an annual bonus, additional benefits, and the opportunity to work fully remotely.
