Are you a technical visionary with an investigative mindset and strong execution drive? We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join Ambr Payments, a rapidly growing Fintech with an EMI license and a bold mission: to disrupt legacy payments infrastructure with digital-native treasury and stablecoin solutions.

This is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with other senior leaders to shape the future of our platform and products.

As CTO, you’ll be accountable for the entire technology vision and execution. You’ll lead and grow our engineering team, ensure scalability, and work with product and compliance teams to deliver robust financial solutions.

• Define, architect, and execute the company’s technology roadmap to meet business goals.
• Own all aspects of tech execution: software development, architecture, testing, operations, and infosec.
• Scale the engineering team: hire and retain world-class talent while fostering a high-performing, innovative culture.
• Oversee and improve the full development lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Champion clean architecture, security, scalability, and code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ensure Ambr’s tech stack is secure, resilient, and ready for rapid scale.
• Lead infrastructure and engineering efforts around our upcoming Electronic Money Token (EMT) and stablecoin issuance.

• Proven track record in a fast-growth fintech, ideally with payments or EMI experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with:

• Python, Django, Docker, MySQL
• Frontend development (Angular experience or willingness to learn)
• Strong background in Agile development practices and DevOps culture.
• Fluency in English, excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Obsessive about root cause analysis — not just fixing bugs but preventing them.
• Leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in regulated environments.
• Passion or experience in blockchain, digital assets, or stablecoins is a big plus.
