Our client, a big player in Luxembourg's logistics and transportation market is looking for motivated and solution-oriented Data Analyst to enhance their analytical and decision-support capabilities, with a specific focus on the monitoring and optimization of our vehicle fleet.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining, enhancing, and developing Qlik Sense dashboards related to telematics, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Understanding the needs of non-technical end users and designing reports that are intuitive, relevant, and user-friendly.
  • Structuring, cleaning, and modeling data from various sources, particularly from telematics systems and internal tools.
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries to support data visualizations and analyses.
  • Acting as a proactive point of contact for internal departments, delivering data-driven insights that add measurable value.
  • Identifying and proposing improvements to existing tools and processes, contributing to their implementation.
  • Providing analytical input primarily for telematics management, while remaining open to supporting other business domains.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Degrees in logic-based disciplines (e.g., industrial engineering) combined with a strong interest in data analytics are also welcome.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with or strong interest in Business Intelligence tools; Qlik Sense is a significant asset.
  • Understanding of interconnected data systems (ERP, telematics platforms, external databases, etc.).
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized.
  • Resourceful and solution-driven, with a strong ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with a knack for simplifying complex data.
  • Curious and continuously seeking to learn and improve tools and processes.
  • Fluency in English and French.
