We are currently recruiting for a Python/FPGA Developer:

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 28 February 2027

Location: Kista, Stockholm (Onsite)

Languages: English Speaking Accepted

We are looking for a Python/FPGA Developer with strong Python expertise to join our client’s team in Kista. This role focuses on developing and improving FPGA Computer-Aided Design (CAD) automation workflows. You will be responsible for refactoring and rewriting existing automation scripts to enhance performance, maintainability, and readability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refactor and optimize existing Python automation scripts for FPGA development flows.
• Improve the maintainability and scalability of the codebase.
• Collaborate with FPGA/ASIC development teams to integrate automation tools.
• Ensure scripts comply with best practices for performance and readability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and FPGA workflows.
• Work with continuous integration and version control tools to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA/ASIC development flows.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Version control & code review: Git, Gerrit
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins
• Databases & testing: MySQL, Pytest
