We are seeking a skilled Avature Functional Consultant to join our Talent Systems team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Avature platform, and deliver high-impact solutions that improve recruiting, onboarding, and talent management processes.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications, managing end-to-end project delivery, and leading system enhancement initiatives. If you have experience working with enterprise HR systems and a deep understanding of Avature CRM, ATS, and onboarding workflows, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, TA, and IT teams for Avature-related solutions
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Configure and enhance Avature modules, including: CRM ATS
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system and process improvements
- Lead UAT coordination, system demos, and post-implementation reviews to validate solution quality
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and rollout
- Communicate with and manage stakeholders across functional and technical domains
- Track project status, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution
Essential skills:
- Proven experience working with the Avature platform (configuration and enhancement)
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive initiatives to completion
- Proficiency with process documentation, change management, and system testing
