DevOps Engineer at Cloud4Next
Location: Flexible / Remote
What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team, driving automation, reliability, and scalability across our cloud and on-premise systems. This role is critical to our goal of delivering high-quality software with speed, security, and efficiency.
• Managing and optimizing GitHub (CI/CD, Actions) pipelines end-to-end
• Designing and implementing Kubernetes-based deployment strategies and cluster operations
• Building and maintaining Azure architectures for scalable, secure, and resilient environments
• Implementing and managing Azure DevOps pipelines, repositories, and release processes
• Integrating and optimizing Dynatrace for performance monitoring and application insights
• Designing robust observability solutions with modern monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki)
• Partnering with development and operations teams to improve developer experience and delivery workflows
• Applying best practices for automation, security, and infrastructure governance
How do we describe a perfect match?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and advanced CI/CD workflows
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration (Helm, Ingress, Service Mesh experience is a plus)
• Proven experience with Azure cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines, boards, and artifact management
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM/observability platforms
• Solid scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Go preferred)
• Strong experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Good understanding of networking, security best practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi is a plus)
• English proficiency (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
• GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Experience with security scanning (SAST, DAST) and compliance automation
• Familiarity with container runtime security (Falco, Kyverno, OPA)Why Join
