Now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our leading product – Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.

Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets is a top-tier Confluence app that empowers analysts and leadership with dashboards and data visualization to make business insights crystal clear.

In this role, you will both define strategy and drive execution.

Within the team, all communication is conducted in Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, conduct user and customer research, market research, validate feature pre-development, and assess client feedback
• Develop, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Prioritize product hypotheses and focus the team’s efforts on the highest-impact areas
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable user stories
• Plan releases and manage the full product launch lifecycle
• Work with metrics to evaluate the impact of product changes on user engagement, retention, and revenue
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and support team to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Track record of driving both product vision and execution with measurable business impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent English
• Personable Communication: friendly and professional interaction style with diverse audiences
• Collaborative Mindset: Open to team perspectives, confident in sharing ideas, always look at the big picture, and take ownership of your work
• Analytical Thinking: work with data to forecast, drive decisions, and measure results
