Finance Manager

Soda has partnered with a company that operates a growing ecosystem of innovative tech and e-commerce ventures and is now looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to support group-wide financial operations, planning, and reporting.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive meaningful impact across multiple high-growth ventures, including blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.

Location: Poland - Fully Remote

Salary: €50k Euros per year Gross

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the group
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure overall financial health
• Support ERP systems, financial automation, and reporting improvements
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external partners, auditors, and financial institutions
• Work closely with leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidance, with a strong focus on crypto and blockchain operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a finance or accounting lead role
• Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, multi-entity group reporting, and crypto accounting
• Familiarity with group-level financial operations, compliance, and regulatory environments, including crypto-specific requirements
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and data analytics tools (Power BI a plus)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
