Technical Lead

This is the senior-most role in the Abu Dhabi office. The Team Lead will be responsible for building and managing the local engineering team, overseeing technical execution, and serving as the main point of contact between the Abu Dhabi team and our Tel Aviv and NYC offices.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams (3–10 people)

• Strong technical background (backend, infrastructure, or ML)

• Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage engineers

• Ownership of delivery timelines, technical standards, and team culture

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones

This person must be both technically hands-on and an effective leader capable of bridging multiple locations and aligning priorities across offices.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will oversee the development and implementation of technical projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to design and develop software solutions, supervising technical workflows, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for continuously improving the technical capabilities of the team and aligning project goals with business objectives.
