Job Description

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of software development projects, from concept to deployment, while providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to the development team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development with significant leadership responsibilities.

• Proven experience in architecting and developing enterprise-level solutions using .NET Core (preferably .NET 8).

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficient with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and database optimization strategies.

• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and real-time communication systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, SignalR).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Experience implementing secure systems using OAuth 2.0, OpenIddict, and JWT.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Knowledge

• Architecture & Design: Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions aligned with business goals.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL.

• DevOps & Automation: Define DevOps strategies, automate deployments, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

• Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring for developers; conduct code reviews and set best practices.

• API & Integration: Lead the design and integration of internal and external APIs; manage real-time communication layers using RabbitMQ or Redis.

• Security & Compliance: Enforce security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with QA, product management, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

• Innovation & Improvement: Research new technologies and advocate for their use to enhance system capabilities and team productivity.

Salary: AEDs 15k - AEDs 17
