My client is one of the biggest commercial media/entrainment companies in the Netherlands. They have a huge variety of products, some running on new world platforms, some on legacy platforms, hosting multiple streaming services, advertisements programs, and weather/news applications. The platforms are highly critical and with millions of users per week, it is fully auto scalable and must be up 24/7.
For the office IT department, we are looking for a support engineer to join the servicedesk team, the team responsible for everything that is necessary for modern workplace technology. The team is 7 fte with both junior and senior support engineers. The team holds main responsibility for the device fleet (1000+ laptops, Mac and Windows, 700+ phones, mainly iOS, printers, local phones, meeting room devices).
We are looking for a support engineer who brings:
- 2 years experience in IT support.
- Experience working with Windows and/or Mac devices.
- Experience working with AD and/or O365.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Topdesk, Jira, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
Experience on the following is a big plus: Azure, Intune, Teams, PowerShell, Okta (SSO).
