About the role

Brainotech IT Solutions is hiring freelance Level 1 IT Support Engineers for on-site dispatch tasks across various cities in Norway. This is a ticket-based, on-call role ideal for experienced field engineers who are available during business hours and can provide reliable on-site support when tickets are assigned.

Key responsibilities

* Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents

* Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks

* Provide support for laptops and desktops across their full lifecycle

* Install standard OS, office applications, and security tools

* Use remote tools for patching, updates, and configuration

* Monitor and address antivirus/security compliance

* Deliver VIP support and serve as on-site contact when required

* Ensure appropriate desktop imaging and asset tracking

* Analyse service desk incidents and recommend improvements

Required experience

* Proven experience with Active Directory

* Proficient in using ticketing tools

* Familiar with asset management practices

* Hands-on with Microsoft SCCM

* Fluent in basic English

* Must have your own laptop, console cable, and Ethernet cable
