Job Summary For Python Developer (Clinical/Pharma, 12 Months)

Job Location: Nutley, NJ

  • Utilize expertise in Python development to build automation pipelines for SDTM dataset generation in clinical trial environments.
  • Leverage AI/ML techniques (including NLP and data classification) to enhance data mapping and metadata-driven data pipelines.
  • Apply strong knowledge of CDISC/SDTM standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical data structures (ADaM, SDTM, raw).
  • Use tools such as Pinnacle 21 and Define.xml to support regulatory submissions and ensure data compliance.
  • Develop reusable Python libraries and automation frameworks to streamline processes across multiple clinical studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical programming, data management, biostatistics) to gather requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
  • Implement validation checks, quality controls, and audit trails to ensure regulatory and SDTM compliance.
  • Remain up to date with evolving regulatory, CDISC, and AI/ML guidelines and best practices.
  • Must have prior experience in the pharma industry, be familiar with SDTM/CDISC standards, and have implemented scalable AI solutions in clinical data settings.
