Job Duties

Under strict supervision, demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology through formal education. Possesses basic awareness of existing and emerging technology within focus area (s). Applies the accepted mainstay process under guidance. Understands individual value contribution to project teams. Effectively plans and manages own workload, under guidance, to meet desired service level targets. Is not usually involved in customer contacts and has no involvement in business development activities. Demonstrates appropriate objection handling capability and knows when/how to diplomatically escalate issues. Communication skills must include: effective verbal, written, and effective listening skills. Effectively manages their time to perform the accountabilities of their job. Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Possession of a graduate degree in a STEM discipline preferred. This is an entry level position.
