Senior UX Designer

We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team, delivering innovative and user-centric interfaces for eye surgery solutions that enhance patient outcomes and advance medical technology.

Responsibilities


  • Modify and expand comprehensive design systems with consistent, reusable components
  • Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma for user testing and developer handoff
  • Design intuitive user flows and wireframes tailored to medical device interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers and medical technology experts to ensure design feasibility
  • Ensure compliance with stringent medical interface usability and safety standards
  • Translate complex medical workflows into clear user-centered designs
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs
  • Maintain alignment with product and regulatory requirements throughout design processes


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Proven experience designing interfaces for medical devices or medical technology with a focus on regulatory compliance
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping capabilities
  • Strong foundation in design system development, UX flow prototyping, and user interface design
  • Deep understanding of medical interface design principles, usability, and safety standards
  • Ability to communicate complex medical workflow interactions clearly and effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
