Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to conceptualize and deliver functional and visually appealing user-centered designs with minimal supervision.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will use market analysis, client feedback, and technical factors to guide your design decisions. This role requires versatility to work across diverse projects and teams while maintaining high attention to detail. You will engage directly with clients, lead workshops, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze insights independently to prepare for projects and facilitate discovery phases using research and workshop techniques
Assess existing user experiences with various methods to identify business value and synthesize insights, incorporating AI tools where appropriate
Participate in ideation sessions and develop concepts grounded in research findings, utilizing AI to support brainstorming and iterative refinement
Create detailed personas and user artifacts, map user journeys, build information architecture, and develop advanced prototypes
Apply expertise in color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to produce responsive designs ensuring usability and accessibility across workflows and devices
Integrate into development processes by establishing workflows, estimating project scopes, and applying human-centered design methods
Develop inclusive designs aligned with UX/UI patterns and clearly communicate design rationale to optimize team productivity
Demonstrate strong storytelling skills and maintain client focus, fostering effective collaboration and client relationships
Contribute to team culture by attending events and sharing insights on design trends and topics
Work effectively across multiple business domains

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a UX designer
Proven capability to lead design projects independently and facilitate team collaboration
Background in applying research methods and facilitating workshops for user insight gathering
Skills in creating user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes
Proficiency in using design principles including color theory, typography, layout, and accessibility standards
Experience integrating design workflows with development teams and estimating project scopes
Strong storytelling ability and client engagement skills
Fluency in English at a professional working level (B2 or higher)
