Software Engineer - £70K - £100K - On Site

We’re looking for a Software Engineer for our fantastic start up AI client based in the London. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be working closely with our CTO, to design, build, and accelerate our product capabilities.

Main duties –

• Building reliable, scalable systems: Work on backend-heavy infrastructure powering complex integrations (e.g. PMS and Payments), payment workflows, and internal tooling.
• Own blocks of work: Take chunky problems from idea to deployed product — making smart decisions, aligning with the team, and delivering production-grade solutions.
• Collaborate deeply with product and commercial teams: We’re a tight team — engineers get stuck into product thinking, commercial goals, and user context.
• Drive engineering quality: Bring strong engineering principles, clean code, and a desire to improve how we work.
• Move quickly without cutting corners: Know when to be scrappy, when to go deep. You build good systems that last, fast.

You will be an experienced Software Engineer who has experience of working with Start Ups and AI projects.

Tech Stack

Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL

Core Infra: Serverless architecture (Vercel), Supabase

Other: OpenAI, Inngest (background jobs + automation), AWS (KMS + Secrets Manager), dbt
