Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to join our team as a UX Designer / Scrum Master / Techno-Functional Specialist. This unique, hybrid role is tailored for individuals who excel in user experience design, Agile project management, and technical-functional analysis.
You will play a critical role in crafting seamless user experiences while leading agile delivery through Scrum practices. Your technical acumen will help bridge the gap between developers and stakeholders, ensuring both business goals and user needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to define and deliver new features
- Analyze complex business and system requirements to inform design and product strategies
- Ensure deliverables align with usability, accessibility, and performance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with UX/UI tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Certified Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid technical background with experience in systems analysis and functional design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience across relevant roles
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Trello for project tracking
- Understanding of design thinking and user-centered design
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and disciplines
