  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritisation, delivery alignment, and strong customer-centric design of solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate delivery squads, resources, and interdependencies, driving delivery momentum and mitigating blockers to ensure successful sprint outcomes.
  • Partner across the business and technology landscape, building strong relationships with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure shared delivery goals.
  • Lead release planning and deployment coordination, ensuring changes are well communicated and aligned with wider platform roadmaps.
  • Support delivery quality and readiness through strong QA oversight and continuous improvement practices.
  • Drive robust governance and risk controls, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks, third-party procurement processes, and audit standards.
  • Monitor Agile metrics, team performance, and delivery throughput—using data to identify improvements and influence decision-making.
  • Align all delivery work to strategic objectives and customer-centric values, ensuring fair outcomes and business alignment.

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across product, technology, and business domains.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent), with additional Agile delivery certifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, PMI-ACP) desirable.
  • Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other collaborative delivery platforms.
