Consulting Project Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of pharmacovigilance (PV) SaaS solutions within the life sciences sector.

This fully remote role offers the chance to work with global teams and top-tier pharma clients on the delivery of innovative, safety-critical software solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive full project lifecycle: planning, resourcing, delivery & governance
• Manage stakeholder communication across tech, QA, and business functions
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams
• Deliver validated SaaS solutions within GxP and GDPR-regulated environments
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of PV, clinical, or regulatory systems
• Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of PM experience (5+ in senior roles)
• Strong track record in life sciences / pharma tech
• Experience delivering PV, clinical, or regulatory software
• Working knowledge of ICH E2E, GVP, EMA/FDA compliance
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, SmartSheet
• Excellent communicator, self-starter, problem solver
