D365 Developer

We're after a D365 Developer to help wrap up the final stages of a CRM build (not much left!) and then stay on to support, optimise, and enhance it.

The contract role on offer is for an initial 6 month contract (with possibility for extension) for a D365 Developer with 3+ years' experience who would join an existing D365 Project team to finalise the delivery of a D365 Customer Service D365 CRM into the solution ecosystem. This role will be split between Project delivery, and once delivered, support, optimisation and enhancement of the existing CRM. The role may also include other D365, and Microsoft project work as required by the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining configurations, workflows, and code in a growing D365 CRM system.

Key responsibilities are:

• Support the finalisation and develop of the Customer Asset Team D365 CRM
• Design, code, and configure D365 application modules to specification.
• Develop D365 according to functional requirements and user stories.
• Develop and execute unit testing on relevant D365 functionality.
• Integrate API's and other functionality as required.
• Provide technical support for the environment and business applications on the D365 platform, with a primary focus on CRM.
• Consult with business stakeholders and other technical specialists to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Criteria:

• At least 3+ years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions and CRMs in JavaScript or C#
• 2+ years' experience in D365, CRM Development, Power Apps and/or Power automate, Logic Apps and Azure functions.
• Demonstrable experience in developing CRMs in Power Apps (Minimum 2-3 relevant projects)
