📋 Overall Description:We’re seeking a proactive and highly organizedWeb Project Managerto lead the execution of product launch web pages across Lenovo’s global eCommerce platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and web operations, driving alignment and flawless execution of launches that bring Lenovo’s newest innovations to life online. As the central coordinator, you’ll partner with business units, creative teams, developers, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality web deployments. You’ll own project planning, task management, stakeholder communication, and final delivery, with attention to SEO, user experience, and business impact.

🚀 Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creation and deployment of product launch web pages on Lenovo.com.
- Coordinate kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, and timeline creation with stakeholders.
- Assign and track tasks across content writers, designers, developers, and Geo teams.
- Partner with marketing, product, and eComm teams to ensure brand, messaging, and KPIs are aligned.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied to web content (metadata, structure, links).
- Communicate clearly and regularly with global stakeholders and external vendors (when applicable).
- Create and maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, and status reports.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate with Web Production Centers (WPC) to ensure accurate and timely publication of web pages.
- Flag and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or web project management.
- High level of English (spoken and written) – must be able to present project updates and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Strong experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with web content strategy, publishing workflows, and content calendars.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with JIRA (or similar task/project management tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to all levels, strong time management and prioritization skills; able to juggle multiple launches at once, high attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
