Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment processes
• Maintain close collaboration with the Operations Department to ensure we meet the needs for the Operations
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Finance Department to ensure they have the necessary information
• Support the creation of policies and procedures aligned with the People & Culture strategy
• Analyze KPIs and develop strategic initiatives to promote employee well-being and drive their growth and development
• Assist in various administrative processes and procedures within the department
• Contribute to building a strong onboarding process tailored to the needs of each department
• Support the development of an employer branding strategy

Requirements:

• Location: Portugal
• Language: Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in People Management, ideally in Recruitment/Employer Branding and/or as a Generalist
• Human Skills: Empathy, collaboration, and proactivity are part of your DNA, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team Player: Work effectively with other teams to address day-to-day issues and help others find solutions
• Priority Navigator: Organize and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring appropriate allocation of time and resources
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
