Senior Frontend Engineer

European Tech Recruit are working closely with a leading semicon company, based in the county Cork area, who are looking for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team.

In this role you will join a significant project focused on establishing the infrastructure and processes to track and improve high-value equipment utilization alongside building detailed dashboards for analyzing and visualizing equipment deployment.

Responsibilities as Senior Frontend Engineer:

• Create and implement custom dashboards, reports, and interactive web applications to support informed decision-making by users, developers, and executives.
• Partner with team members, stakeholders, and end users to identify business requirements and develop creative solutions that address them effectively.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs to ensure smooth integration and communication across systems and applications.
• Develop a comprehensive framework for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic planning and enhance operational performance.

Requirements:

• BSc, MSc OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of web application development experience with React and Typescript.
• Alongside experience with React and Typescript, knowledge of NodeJS and UI Component Frameworks desired.
• Preferable experience with: WebPack, Vite, Jest, Vitest, eslint, Git, Docker, Linux, REST.
