What You’ll Be Doing

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making and optimizing product and business processes by researching, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive impactful solutions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive impact – By researching and implementing rigorous data-driven solutions that bring concrete value to product and business lines.
• Analyze data – To interpret datasets, derive actionable insights, and support critical decision-making processes across various teams.
• Design experiments – To develop and manage A/B tests that optimize and guide product and process enhancements based on measurable results.
• Create visualisations – To track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) for effective communication of analytical insights to stakeholders.
• Manage analytic solutions – By modernizing, standardizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience – 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
• Strong analytical skills – With proven analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.
• Technical proficiency – Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization techniques for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Programming skills – Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation of analytical tasks.
• Data visualization skills – Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to create insightful and easily understandable data representations.
