COMPANY

We are recruiting a position of HR Administrative for a reference company in Audit, taxes, transactions and Consulting for the internal structure, located in Lisbon.


CANDIDATE

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Ensure administrative coordination of all Occupational Health processes;
  • Manage the invoice approval workflow related to HR services;
  • Keep employee training records updated in internal systems;
  • Oversee the completion of independence processes specific to HR functions;
  • Provide executive support to the Talent Director, including calendar management, travel bookings, and call handling;
  • Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks associated with the HR department.


KEY SKILLS

  • Academic background in relevant fields (Human Resources, Management, etc.);
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
