About the Role

We’re looking for a Prduct Designer who’s passionate about crafting delightful and functional user interfaces. You’ll work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring digital experiences to life, ensuring every screen looks and feels amazing.

What You’ll Do

Design end-to-end user experiences with clarity and craft

• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks
• Partner with product, content, research, and engineering
• Bring systems thinking to everything you touch
• Shape and contribute to design systems and shared patterns
• Advocate for the user while balancing real-world constraints

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in UX, product design, or interaction design
• A strong portfolio showing user-centered, structured thinking
• UXA-style skills: mapping journeys, structuring flows, defining patterns
• Great communicator who can explain the “why” behind the design
• Fluent in Figma (or similar), with a sharp eye for detail
• Collaborative mindset with a sense of humor and curiosity

Musts to consider

• cross collaboration with tech, marketing, and research teams
• Capacity to explain to stakeholders the Design approach
• Negotiation about design aspects but balanced with product
• And product mindset and business understanding to prioritise

Nice-to-Haves

• Design system experience
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
• Background in research, content strategy, or service design
